You can invite customers to review your business by sharing
your Truxper business profile link directly — via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or your
website. You must not offer any incentive, reward, or discount in exchange for
leaving a review, as this violates our Review Guidelines and may result in your
account being suspended.
Yes. Verified businesses on Truxper can use our review widget
to embed their ratings and reviews on their own website. This feature is
available to registered business accounts. Log in to your business dashboard
and look for the Widgets section to get your embed code.
If you believe a review on your business profile violates our
Review Guidelines — for example it contains false information, personal data,
or abusive language — you can report it by emailing legal@truxper.com with the
URL of the review and a clear explanation of the issue. Our moderation team
will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Please note we do not
remove negative reviews simply because they are unfavourable.
Currently, all listings on Truxper are completely free.
Premium plans with additional features — such as enhanced analytics, priority
placement, and advanced review management tools — will be introduced in the
future. You will be notified when premium plans become available.
