What went well: During my visit to the retail shop, the environment was relatively organized, and products were arranged in a way that made selection easy. The shop was accessible, and I was able to complete my purchase without any delay. Initially, the shopping process appeared smooth and convenient.
What could be improved: After my purchase, I discovered that one of the items I bought had expired, when I returned to report the issue, the situation was not handled professionally. The shop attendant was rude and dismissive, and my complaint was not taken seriously. There was no apology, refund, or replacement offered, which made the experience frustrating and disappointing.
To improve, the shop should ensure regular checks of product expiry dates to prevent selling expired goods. Additionally, customer service needs significant improvement. Staff should be trained to communicate respectfully with customers and handle complaints properly by offering appropriate solutions. This would enhance customer trust and overall satisfaction.
