Review Time
I paid N50,000 for prepaid electricity token 6 months ago (October 2025) and I did not receive value for the payment. I have contacted them online, via email and through their customer service desk but 6 months later, no token, no explanation. I was disturbed when a member of their staff said the same happened to her and I should consider forgetting the money and moving on
